Hello, I am Rūta.

Imagine this: your whole life you've been a support for everyone else - always available, always self-sacrificing, always understanding, just so everyone around you could be happy... until one day you wake up and realize you're not living your own life. Did that land?

I help intuitive, ambitious women with strong leadership qualities - women who are tired of people-pleasing, self-sacrificing, and playing small - finally choose themselves, find clarity, find direction, break free from stagnation and traumatic patterns, rebuild their confidence, learn to set boundaries, and step onto their own path.

Over the past decade, my life has changed direction more than once. Narcissistic relationships, divorce, panic attacks, DPDR, an existential crisis, financial hardship, isolation, a dysfunctional family, the loss of loved ones and friends, emotional grief - the collapse of everything that had once felt familiar. By the time I crossed into my thirties, I had to start everything over. This wasn't a single breaking point - it was a complete transformation of identity. Experiences that forced me to stop, reflect, go deeper, and face my darkest inner shadows and fears.

During this time, I studied and personally tested a wide range of methods, deepening my understanding of human psychology, the nervous system, subconscious patterns, childhood trauma, quantum physics, and the laws of energy. I gathered the most effective tools and techniques - ones that can save you years of searching on your own.

Our reality isn't shaped by what we know, but by what we unconsciously repeat.

Since I began this work, I've guided countless people on their transformation journey - through mentorship, live sessions, and the audio practices I've created.
